Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
- United Kingdom — Standard delivery, typically 3–5 business days.
- European Union — Standard International delivery, typically 7–14 business days.
- International (Australia, Canada, USA, UAE, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore) — Standard International delivery, typically 10–21 business days.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
